Victor Osimhen linked with an 85million euros move to North London side Tottenham Hotspur FC

Jose Mourinho inherited a Tottenham Hotspur side that was full of problems from the then Head coach, Mauricio Pochetino who was sacked as a result of a poor run of results.

One of the key problems Jose, had was finding a suitable like-for-like replacement for the Injured Tottenham Hotspur captain, Harry Kane.

Jose was at some point forced to play Alli, Son or even Lucas Moura through the middle, which actually did not work out as the Team struggled.

Tottenham Hotspur are said to be in the market for a striker so as to ease the burden on Club Captain Harry Kane, who is thought to have grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of signings and the failure of the club to challenge for titles.
Multiple reports suggest that Lille, received a bid in the region of 85million euros for a player from an unknown English team. With the valuation of Osimhen being in the region of 70million euros, Sportmata understands that the English team  who have submitted a bid for Victor Osimhen, was Tottenham Hotspur. A huge bid in the region of 85million euros is a huge sum for a player who has barely spent a year in France.
Osimhen finished the season as the fourth highest goal scorer in the just concluded league one season level on goals with Brazilian Superstar, Neymar on 13 goals and only behind eventual league Golden boot winners, Wissam Ben Tedder and Kylian Mbappe.

A move to a bigger club at this stage of the young lads career will be a big step forward in his young career.
