BREAKING: Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders will reportedly be GIVEN the starting QB job this season according to an ‘executive decision’ made by Browns ownership, per multiple sources

Shedeur Sanders reaction speaks volumes as NFL star’s mind blown by Cleveland Browns…

Shedeur Sanders is settling in nicely to life with the Cleveland Browns after a challenging entry into the NFL, expressing his astonishment at the “endless amount of resources” available at the team’s facility.

The ex-Colorado Buffaloes standout faced an unexpected slide during the NFL Draft, falling from a projected first-round selection to a fifth-round pick. The 23-year-old was widely anticipated to be an early quarterback pick, with his father, NFL legend Deion Sanders, even forecasted the quarterback to be one of the first five picks.

Nonetheless, Sanders found himself chosen as the 144th overall pick on the last day of the Draft, a stark contrast to the earlier projections by analysts and relatives.

According to Spotrac, Sanders signed a four-year contract with the Browns valued at $4.6 million, which includes a guaranteed signing bonus of nearly $450,000.

Sanders has been diligently preparing at the Browns’ complex in anticipation of the 2025 season’s start in September.

He recently took a break to appear on his 2Legendary YouTube channel with Darius Sanders, a former San Francisco 49ers player and his elder brother, to discuss his initial NFL experiences.

Reflecting on signing his inaugural rookie deal and his time in Cleveland thus far, Sanders said: “To get my first rookie contract, it’s lit. I just go to practice every day, bro, it’s no difference.

“Cleveland has been fun, it’s been cool, like the fans, the city, everything. All the rookies and signed players, everybody, draft picks, everybody. They’re real cool.”

Sanders gave a quick insight into the whirlwind experience of rookie mini-camp, expressing joy at being able to “get back on the field and throw the football again.”

When Darius inquired about the biggest surprise Sanders encountered upon entering an NFL facility, the young quarterback couldn’t hide his excitement through his broad smile, which spoke volumes about his true feelings.

He admitted: “I would say what took me by surprise was the endless amount of resources that teams have and it was real cool to be able to use and have access to them daily. It’s different from college because in college, of course, you can have a lot of resources, but in the league, it’s like whatever you think about.
“Anything you think about, they’ve got somebody who’s able to help or assist you in whatever you need.”

Discussing his rigorous eating habits, Sanders added: “The food is real good, I’m on like some type of diet, not really a diet, but consistently eating the same thing.

“That’s what I like, consistency throughout everything, so I pretty much eat the same thing every day. Not breakfast, but just lunch and dinner, and I like it.”
Sanders praised the familiarity of returning to the field during camp. He noted that stepping back onto the turf helped quell “all that outside noise” and allowed him to “show what I’m able to do.”

Darius questioned the shift from college to professional practices for rookies, and Sanders eagerly shared his excitement about bonding with his new Browns teammates, including head coach Kevin Stefanski.

Sanders said: “I mean it was just different because you weren’t out there with guys you’ve been playing with your whole, like almost college career, and the situation is different. So that’s the only thing that was different, like going there to actually practice, so it was just getting familiar with new things, meeting new people, having bonds with new teammates and stuff, which has made this experience and being here, even up till today, really fun.

“Rookie mini camp was different as we weren’t out there for super long, but that’s not traditionally how real practice is. So I’m not sure. It was really productive, though, and you’re definitely using all your time wisely.”
